In Bloom Counseling

The search for a counselor can be overwhelming, intimidating, and even evoke fear.
Taking this step to seek out help and support for your personal story, is the first step towards understanding yourself, renewing your mind and heart, and blooming into the person you desire to be!

Suely Rivera, MS LMHC began  In Bloom Counseling and Wellness, to provide a safe place for you to explore your life experiences. The mission is that individuals feel seen, heard, and experience empathy that unlocks a desire to improve their emotional well-being. 

This involves a collaborative effort between the therapist and you.  Collaboration cultivates a desire to develop new thought patterns and behaviors and fosters a space for healthy transformation. Therapy provides individuals with a secure and non-judgmental atmosphere for self-discovery and personal growth.

TRAUMA THERAPY

Trauma therapy helps individuals process emotions or unresolved feelings that are connected to traumatic events in their lives. In clinical terms, a traumatic event is one in which a person’s life was threatened, or they witnessed another person’s life being threatened. Processing trauma can be achieved through various approaches including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy,

EMDR, and talk therapy. 

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Our individual therapy sessions can help ages 17 and up.  Utilizing a holistic approach, individual therapy sessions allow clients to experience a judgment-free, safe place to explore their stories and navigate through difficult memories and emotions.

COUPLES THERAPY

During our times with couples, our hope is it cultivate wholeness & healing in their relationship, overcome challenges, expand communication skills and live empowered as individuals in a meaningful relationship. Our counselors utilize unique techniques and approaches to assist couples throughout the therapeutic process.
